• Seagrass — Firm, slightly glossy, and naturally water-resistant. The most requested material for floor mats and everyday placemats. It holds its shape under weight and does not flatten quickly.
• Water hyacinth — Softer and rounder in the hand, with a warm honey tone. Popular for bedroom and living room pieces where buyers want a softer look underfoot.
• Willow and wicker — Strong core material for structured mats that need to keep a defined edge. Often chosen for hotel and restaurant projects.
• Corn husk and straw — Lightweight and cost-efficient, with a rustic texture that sells well in farmhouse and seasonal collections.
• Jute and braided blends — Heavier body, good for large round floor mats and statement pieces.

Custom Orders, Private Label and OEM

Most of our buyers do not resell a stock product. They build a range. We support that in four ways:

1. Size and shape — Send a drawing, a sample, or just measurements. We will make a pre-production sample before any bulk run.
2. Color and finish — Natural, bleached, washed grey, whitewash, honey, or dyed to a Pantone reference. We match dye lots across repeat orders so your shelf looks consistent season to season.
3. Branding — Woven-in labels, printed hangtags, care cards, barcodes and retail-ready polybags with your artwork.
4. Packaging — Individual sleeve, kraft band, gift box, or bulk carton. We can also do mixed-size sets in one carton for retail programs.

Minimum Order Quantity, Sampling and Lead Time

These are the three questions every buyer asks first, so here they are plainly.

• MOQ — 50 pieces per style. You can mix sizes and colors within one order to reach it.
• Sampling — One week. We build a pre-production sample and ship it for approval before any bulk run.
• Bulk production — Typically 30 to 45 days after sample approval, scaled to your order size.
• Shipping — We ship FOB and can support consolidated container loading. Sea freight is the standard choice for mat orders because of volume; air is available for urgent samples and small reorders.
