Do your vases hold water?
The woven body is not watertight by itself. We supply removable plastic or glass liners for fresh arrangements, which most florists prefer anyway because it extends the basket’s life.

Can you develop a shape from a photo?
Yes. A photo plus measurements is usually enough for us to quote a pre-production sample. A physical sample is even better.

What is your MOQ for custom shapes?
Higher than for stock styles, but still low by factory standards. Tell us the shape and quantity and we will give you an exact number.

Can I order a mixed container of baskets and vases?
Yes. Most buyers mix product lines to fill a container, and we will help plan the mix for freight efficiency.

How far ahead should I order for the holiday season?
The earlier the better. Production capacity tightens in the months before Christmas, so booking early protects both your price and your delivery date.
