Sizing

We size beds for real animals, not just small, medium and large labels. Common production sizes:

Small — around 40 to 50 cm, for cats and toy breeds

Extra large — 90 cm and above, for giant breeds and multi-pet households

Testing and Documentation

Ordering

MOQ — 50 pieces per style. Mixed sizes can be combined into one order.
Sampling — One week. We build a pre-production bed and ship it for approval.

Shipping — FOB, with consolidated container loading available. Pet beds are bulky, so we plan carton and nesting carefully to protect your landed cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the cushion machine washable?
Yes. The standard cushion has a removable cover that goes in the machine. The woven shell itself is spot-cleaned with a damp cloth.

Will a dog be able to chew through it?
No pet bed is chew-proof. Woven natural fiber holds up better than most fabric beds to nesting and light scratching, but heavy chewers need a different solution and we will tell you that honestly.

Can you match our existing size chart?
Yes. Send your current spec and we will produce to it, including crate-fit dimensions.

Do you offer anti-slip bases?
Yes, either as feet or a full anti-slip base layer. Useful for older dogs on hard flooring.

Can we supply our own cushion and just buy the woven shell?
Yes. Several of our buyers ship their own cushions or use a local filler. We can supply shells only.
