Frequently Asked Questions

How do the wall pieces hang?
Most include integrated hooks or keyhole slots. For heavier panels we recommend a French cleat and can pre-fit one.

Do the window shades block sunlight completely?
They filter light rather than black it out. Denser weaves block more; tell us how much light control you need and we will recommend a weave density.

Can the shades be used outdoors?
Yes, with the right material and treatment, for covered areas such as patios and pergolas. Direct weather exposure shortens their life and we will say so.

Can you match a finish from a photo?
Usually yes. A photo plus a Pantone reference is the most reliable combination, and we send a swatch for approval first.

Do you offer sets for gallery walls?
Yes. Multi-piece wall basket sets in one carton are a popular retail format and we can develop the composition with you.
